Below is a detailed overview of the additional charges associated with non-standard dimensions, organic material upgrades, special shaping, and specialized freight or delivery services.

1. Sizing & Dimension Surcharges

Custom dimensions require individual pattern cutting, adjusted filling ratios, and bespoke finishing.

• Non-Standard Dimensions (Under 80″ Length / Standard Widths): +15% base price

• Extra-Long / Oversized Dimensions (Over 84″ Length / Alaskan King / Oversized): +25%–30% base price

• Custom Depth / Loft Surcharges (Thicker Wool Fill): $100 per additional inch of loft

2. Custom Shapes & Cutouts

We hand-tailor mattress toppers, pads, and mattresses for RVs, yachts, antique frames, and unique room layouts.

• Rounded Corners / Curved Edge Profiling: $100 flat fee per piece

• Custom Cutouts (Notches, Posts, Angles): $150 per cutout

• Complete Template Matching (Client-provided physical or digital pattern): $200 pattern set-up fee

3. Material & Fabric Upgrades

Enhance your sleep surface with elevated natural fiber fills and specialized outer casings.

• Unbleached Organic Cotton Colored Fabric: +15% base price

• Extra Density Firmness Layering: $120 flat fee

4. Transportation & Freight Charges

Because custom pieces are made to order, shipping options vary depending on the item’s final weight and destination requirements.

• Standard Freight (Contiguous US Ground): Standard rate based on package weight and distance

• White-Glove Delivery & Set-Up: Quoted rate (Includes room placement, unboxing, and packaging removal)

• Remote / Alaska / Hawaii / International Delivery: Quoted upon custom order submission
